The client relied entirely on Facebook for inventory management, lacking a centralized catalog, search capability, or SEO presence. Customers had to physically visit to check stock, and the sales team lacked digital tools for floor selling.
We engineered a dual-product ecosystem: a customer-facing Digital Showroom with app-like navigation and instant search, and an internal Command Center admin panel giving the team full content autonomy.
